1. Pointless topic is pointless. It's not even the end of 2012, so we can't judge on what's the best yet. And if you actually read the title of the videos, it's the top Expected PC games, so of course, it's made in 2011, not to mention it's only for PC, and so many other games of 2012 aren't for PC.
