Well hello there, sir. Quick thing:
While your signature and background may be functioning on your own end, the site hosting them does not seem to allow direct linking, so they are not properly visible for the rest of us. You need to reupload them to somewhere like ImageShack, Photobucket or TinyPic, etc.
