I'm not motivated, Chiba thought as he rubbed his dislodged shoulder. He took a sharp breath as his fingers rubbed over the muscle over the shoulder, the synthetic skin swelling up. R took in the meeting silently, oblivious of Kazuo's presence. The blond whelp himself was silent and unfocused on the meeting. His mind was wandering elsewhere, an odd murmuring in his mind that served as a voice reminding him of his previous life. His eyes wandered around the room, contemplating the fact that any of the Reploids could be the one who murdered his parents.

I could... theoretically, put forth all energy into using my gravity to crushing everyone in this room, including myself... but, that's jumping to conclusions. What if he isn't here? Kazuo shook his head, placing both hands on his "ears", clenched his eyes shut and shook his head for a few seconds before slapping his cheek and facing forward once more as Signas took the stage.

"With this new threat comes new opportunities, and with this new alliance comes new potential. To better prepare our factions for the upcoming war, I have considered the possibility that we could separate a group of our men into specialized groups." Signas took a step forward and did a quick scan of the entire room. "To sort out each member of each faction into groups and create teams; those who could go directly towards the Maverick we meet in combat, those who could secure other areas, serve as a backup, ensure that civilians are safe from any of the enemy factions such as the corrupt Federation soldiers..." He paused, turning towards the Navigators for a brief moment. "And there is something else that has to be addressed. The enemy's weapon, a key element in their faction, is the New Hera energy source Ordarium. Given the nature of the city, we cannot go to the source nor is the city accepting towards Hunters. One of the teams has to go into enemy territory along with the other two, all of which will be supported by General Rykov's Federation Soldiers and Commander Guy's Aviation Units, and will do everything in their power to provide support from the other two teams if needed, and to gather intel on Ordarium. See the effects on the enemy, interrogation. Investigate the enemy facility and find out their uses. After doing a sweep, very little information has been revealed on Ordarium. But know one thing—" He raised a finger and paused for emphasis.

"Ordarium is similar to Limited. Why does this matter? Limited is a parasitic replibrain. If it gets in you, corruption to the other side is almost a given. Take care and know this; the enemy is Sigma. Never assume the job is done until Sigma has been destroyed."

The several buster shots pierced through his legs, ripping one off as the plasma burned at the cheap metal. The lack of proper training could make one assume these were cheap grunts, otherwise Rykov's training would have to be put into question. The soldier fell, yelling in agony as he stumbled to the ground outside the door.

The soldier veered left around the corner as going right yielded rock, what was apparently lava at one point. He ran straight down the rather long hallway, a door up ahead with a faint red glow. Desperately, the soldier grabbed something from his chest and threw it over his shoulder; the small balls detonated, sending flaming dots 1/4th the size of the average marbles bouncing off the walls towards Omicron... most likely a discontinued or not popular device, as several impacted the soldier yet he showed no signs of slowing down, taking the small dots in his back without complaint.

The soldiers quickly realized their mistake in bringing throwing knives, watching as the one at the front took practically every shot somewhere on his body while the rest grazed the walls. To say he was a robotic swiss cheese would be an understatement. Just as two soldiers behind him stepped up to throw blades at Omicron, the first soldier exploded right in their faces, sending the whole group back while the two at the front at their faces burned off in the blast. The two walls were dented and two soldiers were pretty much incapable of fighting back, opting to roll on the ground in pain instead. The last one looked at the group and turned to run back down the hallway instead, hoping that the flaming Federation soldier's remains would buy him a few seconds of running time.

Up ahead, several Fed's rounded the corner, spotting Omicron. Rather than branding rifles, all four had small energy blades they could throw; immediately, one threw it like a kunai toward's Omicron's direction, the blade's energy lighting up the rather dark hallway.
