Actually, the only DLC pack that supposedly connects to the pilogue is the DLC pack that takes place right after the final boss. The way i see it, the other one might be more of a way to cater to fans who really wanted more castle in a castlevania game than what LoS gave them.

There have been 'hints' dropped that the producer of Lords of Shadow has been 'involved' with another Castlevania.
I look forward to LoS2 or the LoS follow up.
