Biomedal contains the soul/personality/consciousness/Cyber Elf/something else of certain Reploids right? They were also mostly created by Ciel, right?

My question is is how she obtained Zero's soul/personality/consciousness/Cyber Elf/something else if he died? And I don't mean die as in his body is intact in some ways like the two times in the X series. I'm talking totally dead. In Zero 4, he was obliterated, with only the top of his helmet apparently surviving. It was his epic final battle. Did his consciousness somehow remain in that little piece of his helmet?

Yeah.When any reploid dies, their program data goes to cyberspace. It's how you're able to go to cyber space and fight Phantom in MMZ3. Kinda nice that they get an after-life of sorts...

Wait, the biometals aren't only a reproduction of the habilities and personalities of the character in which they are based? because, if you have the "soul" of Zero, why not construct another body for him.

It is assumed they are the actual souls of the reploids because of some comments made by them, in particular Model H commenting on how they protected the humans so long ago...

I'm guessing they made them into Biometals to relieve them of the utter responsibility of protecting people, in a way. It'd bite for them to have to do everything all over again by themselves.

You are right, especially regarding X. He was tired and worn out from all the battles as his heart felt nothing for his enemies anymore.
X, Zero and the four guardians fullfilled their purpose, their destiny so to speak. It was now the time for a new generation of heroes. The new Rockman of a new era.

Still it would have been so much fun to kick ass with Zero. I am pretty sure that Serpent, Prometheus and Pandora would have a hard time dealing with him instead of Giro. As for Albert, he would be quite horrified that a ancient android would show him the hard reality.

First off, the bodies of X and Zero aren't so easily reconstructed. But more importantly, the Livemetals alone were only possible with the raw material that is Model V. Its abilities stand at he basis of retrieving the long dead legendary heroes, and encapsulating their souls so that their powers as Cyber Elves can be used without risk to themselves. Though this approach forced Ciel to play the game within the confines of the rules set by Albert, one has to keep in mind her circumstances; fled from Serpent and being chased by Pandora and Prometheus, this must have been the best she could muster.

Not assumption: outright stated. "Biometal are fragments containing the consciousness of those legendary heroes." The word 'tamashi' is used for consciousness, synonymous to 'soul'.

HOW YOU EXPLAIN THE MODEL A WANT RUNAWAY FROM MAVERICKS OR BETTER: WHY HE WANT LEFT THE HUMANS OR REPLOIDS IN THE TRAIN????
If he have the Axl'soul why he want that and we know Axl always want Crush Mavericks or is true he have the Albert Soul in a kinda way

I'd go with it being Albert's soul. The fact of trying to do anything with Axl's soul/program is more then likely far too advance to be simply transfered into a Biometal. Alx could change his entire make up into different Maverick and this power is even farther expand in the Command Mission game where he could change his body into much lager forms like that of Sliver Horn. Also Model A doesn't act any where near how Alx acted, as you stated where as both Model Z and X tend to remember certain things.

In addition to the aforementioned, the maxim of the MMZX series is to make your own destiny: the first commander's message to the Chosen One(s) pointedly states that they have the potential "to save or destroy the world"; in other words, the fate of the world now falls on the new generation, rather than the warriors of ages past. Biometals may offer power and support, but the Chosen Ones themselves must stand on their feet and fight for their future.

Despite the name, Model Albert does not have his creator's soul; that would be DAN-000.

Even if Axl did have a soul too complex to be easily tampered with in 21XX and 22XX (and there is no source supporting this; his copy ability comes from his copy chip, which is practically reintroduced with A-Trans), science marches on: X and Zero used to be two Reploid designs ahead of their time, yet not only were their bodies perfectly replicated between the Elf Wars and the MMZ series, but their bodies and DNA Souls were outright mass produced by the United Continent Association in XXXX (Rockman Online).

Also, Model A wasn't created by the same person who made Model Z and Model X, so that's not a fair comparison to make.

I did wish they sorta fulfillment towards the models more so, and how they act according to their current day duties...Being used as a weapon to be fused with human/reploid flesh. Being it is Zero's soul, how would he react to being used by someone else? I wish Capcom could assist a little more on character development. (I don't expect them to be...)

Sometimes I believe it is Zero's soul, but almost like it is cleansed from all the past event, etc, to keep it from interfering with his current work. It just doesn't sound like him as much I would expect, and I believed it has a purpose to that. I mean, your a rock...What else are you going to do? Well, fuse with someone for the rest of your life. So I don't expect much of a extreme characterture make up.
