A couple of newsworthy articles were shared by Protodude recently. Both of them regarding the X series and both of them being pretty cool.

First up is a stylish new X T-Shirt created by the folks at bitmap'd. I personally dig the plaid pattern and rather simplistic nature of the shirt. Not to mention the neat title at the top saying "Maverick Hunter". The silhouette is straight from X1's introduction but it's mysterious enough to be eye catching. It's definitely a fans shirt more so than the in-your-face shirts you may find at Wal-Mart or something. "Mega-Awesome!" or whatnot lol. You can snag yourself a shirt for $18.95



Next up is some nice news regarding the "HD" Mega Man X remake for iOS. As you may recall, it didn't receive such a large fanfare. With good reason, I'd say. The port of sorts lacked a lot of things. I believe the price was $4.99 too. Well, from now until July 4th the price will be sitting at a more reasonable 99¢. To show support even if you're on the fence, that price is too good to ignore. Even if you don't enjoy the version of the game, your purchase still stands as a proof of your loyalty to the series; to the franchise. I'd buy it right away if it was on Android. I'm not too fond of Apple at all so naturally, I don't own one of their products. If you do, it's something to consider.




Oh, and one more thing! About the contest. Time has been a bit short, but likely this weekend, we will begin the actual voting process. ;)

You know, I kinda predicted that they'll put a sale on the game eventually... So now I'm getting the game for a steal! :D

*After playing the game for 10 minutes...
It's...not bad, but it's not good as well. It looks like a Flash Game. Controls are a bit so-so... Jumping is a pain... I'll make a review on this soon.
