Not sure if this would go under games, but whatever.
Flash animations aren't all that hard if you know how to tween correctly, come up with good graphics, and have a good FPS rate. I've made short little ones, but not full-fledged ones. They aren't exactly the best, but they're not bad. The good thing about making an animation opposed to a game is the fact that you don't have to learn as much Actionscript in order for it to turn out well (excluding the menus). There are quite a few tutorials floating around. Maybe you should find one?

i just remembered this. Also no sprite animations wouldn't work because i don't have hardly any sprites for the characters. And my PC is really old so i can't hardly fit anything. I tried to use Flash and i can't even do a stickman right. T_T
