Raven A Blackbird...err...sorta!

Species: Reploid
Affiliation or Occupation: Mercenary/Bounty Hunter
Hunter Rank: N/A
Physical Description: A male, tall and somewhat slender with black hair reaching down to his shoulders. Eye Color is red but very few know that because he always wears shades (like Protoman). His clothing is all black (like a raven...eh?) which helps for hiding in dark places. He also wears a cape which has a hidden power when his hyper mode is active. His age is similar to a man in his mid 20s.
Equipment: Raven likes using "quiet" weapons. A silenced laser pistol and beam knives are his favorites. His "power-weapon" is a rapier made of a strange metal that can slice through most (if not all) reploid armors but this he only uses in his Hyper Mode (it is NOT a “beam” sabre like Zero's). He also has a grapple gun for getting to hard-to-reach places, a bag of smoke bombs to make screens, and tazer chips to stun reploids.
Skills or Techniques: Raven prides himself on being a stealthy reploid. Therefore, he often takes down his enemies from behind or tazers them. His slender build makes it easy for him to get into tight spaces such as air ducts. His reflexes are like lightning and he can run very fast.
Hyper Mode(s): Black Wing Metamorphosis--Raven's clothing morphs into full armor (except a helmet) and his cape morphs into wings for flying. He only uses his rapier while in this mode. His new powers include creating mirages to fool and attack enemies (like Soul Body from X4) and utilizing his wings to perform diving attacks on his foes. He rarely uses this unless he gets into a serious jam.
Background: Raven was created as a civilian reploid. As a young reploid (if reploids can indeed be "young" XP), Raven had always idolized the Maverick Hunters for their toughness and fearlessness. At one time, he wanted to become a Hunter but he changed his mind after learning that it required great responsibility--something he lacked greatly and he knew it. So he trained himself how to fight and through his "freelance hunting" he uncovered treasures and power ups which he later developed to achieve his Hyper Mode. Who helped him in activating this upgrade is unknown. He has since taken several jobs for very lucrative rewards. How he uses his earnings? "That's my business," he says.
Personality: Generally, he is kind to humans and fellow reploids, but hates Mavericks. His mercenary-ism has made his character a little shady, however, so many often don't know how trustworthy he is. Yet at the same time, he has an uncanny knack of attracting teenage females, especially on the human side. But he is no pervert and respects everyone. He’ll take any job, but he relishes it when it involves mavericks
Dreams: As a bounty hunter, he is living his dream of obtaining riches galore. Yet, it the deepest part of his mind there is a nagging desire to still become a Maverick Hunter...
X: What is it Alia? (I guess she does have feelings for me.)
Alia: Um...nothing! Just don't do anything dangerous. OK?
X: Uhh...sure Alia. (Is she kidding??? That's my job!!!)

Explain how his coat becomes armour. It's like turning my Batman T-shirt into a knight's outfit. It is impossible on any plane of existence with the exclusion of cyber elves, which don't exist yet. Fix that.
If you'd rather keep things secret for your character that I asked to explain, such as how your character can create armour out of clothing, PM me because I have to know before I approve.
His personality mentioning his uncanny ability to attract human women is out of place and should be set in the Misc. section as charisma.

Then Delete my character. I'll try somebody easier.
Note that suck, I SAID SUCK at physical description. Maybe “physical sketch” is the limit of my ability. I have a big imagination but I can’t put it on paper very good.

If I delete this character, you`ll get a warning for not TRYING to get this one approved.
Suck or not, if you give up without fixing it, you never get better and you'll most likely be rejected.

Don't just give up because you don't immediately get approved. The team is here to work with you to get things to work.
I would like to note that there are plenty of melee and projectile weapons in this series which do cut and damage without having to be laser weapons. Among them include Metal Shark Player's weapon for Zero in X6, Boomer Kuwanger's boomerang, Massimo's halberd in Command Mission, and others. However, I agree that saying it can cut through almost everything is overpowered. Simply saying it's reinforced and forged using Titanium-X Alloy, an official setting material, should be sufficient for it to be able to damage machines without being a laser weapon.
As for the coat becoming armor, I would like to remind everyone that the Hyper Modes in Command Mission also require a suspicion of disbelief, where new armor appears on them out of thin air. If the coat becoming armor is merely just a "special visual effect" then I don't think it's a major problem. However, it might still warrant some form of explanation in any case.
