What with the biology motif, it would appear that all the research and scientific processes are coming to a head. In other words, Banpresto's new game is fast-coming! Their official site has been equipped with a counter that is ceaselessly ticking down to midnight of April 12th. Then, and only then, will this mystery title be revealed! (unless it's leaked of course =P)

It is unknown if any more specimens will be added to each company's respective petri dishes, but as of now this is the consensus. Makes a lot of sense to me!



Those especially! Can't wait to see what this game is all about...

Perhaps, but I think people would have done that by now and would have found all the specimens a while back. Whoever runs the site must update the flash as they go.

That is probably a smart move on their part. I don't have very high hopes for this. It probably won't see a stateside release, and the 3DS is region locked. Sooooo.....

Well, with enough fan demand it brought Tatsunoko VS Capcom overseas. That Xenoblade game is also getting ported due to demand. It's unsure whether fan demand can truly make a game (or revive them in some cases), but it's been proven to bring them stateside!

I know monolith soft went to Nintendo but I'm sure Banpresto had a hand in the Endless Frontier series. So if the cast is manageable to say... less than 20 characters or so... I expect it to be an RPG like that. Awesome. BUT if the cast gets too damn big... it might just be another Tactical RPG like say, Namco x Capcom, ANY Super Robot game or... what was that game where many female characters starred? Queen's whatever... anyway. And those games are kinda... slow-paced... not as awesome... but hey it could be worse.
Either way I expect an RPG of some kind. It has Cross in the title no? Namco x Capcom? Cross Edge? who knows. I know for sure it CAN'T be another fighting game. Street Fighter x Tekken is out and im sure the ''other'' version from Namco is being developed so that would be enough of that for a while. Besides, the 1st Endless Frontier series sold pretty damn well here in the States and it got NICE reviews. Frankly I doubt this is gonna suck...... maybe. I personally am hyped that X,Zero, KOS-MOS and Yuri Lowell are ''candidates' of sorts. This being a crossover I hope I get to see some cameos. Like Arisu Reiji and Xiaomu... God I miss those 2.
