A nicely done display, if I do say so myself. Feel free to leave a comment for him on the main video page.

But I liked the idea of a forious X fighting virtual enemies and calming down at the end, it feels like we saw an important moment about X's ethics construction. A great video.

It's definitely a good short film, I wish the costumes could have looked better, but such are the issues with fan films.

Also, X didn´t hav any shoulderpads and why fight Protoman with a Saber?
I could nit pick alot about it, but i´ll just sum it up.
It was alright. Not that great. but watchable.

The idea that it was that type of virtual system that tested X for 30 years was also quite interesting.
Really, the only issues I have are the costumes missing some key points and the colour of Lights Hair and Beard (and the size of it).
All in all, for $700, it's quite a good effort.

I was afraid I would be disappointed after watching this, but... after I finished watching it, I realized my mouth was open for quite some time, from the sheer amazement of how everything looked and sounded! The Dr. Light transmission was very convincing of a scientist who knew that what he built was dangerous, but with help from the internal system test-runs would be able to trust his creation in protecting the world. The fight was pretty fun to see, too. I would wonder myself sometimes about what exactly went on in those internal tests before X was awakened from his capsule. But I would have to say, this is a very interesting and artistic portrayal of a possible scenario in that aspect of the series.
And I loved the music score.

WHAT IS THIS BLASPHEMY I HEAR!!!
True, it wasn't a perfect film, but it was pretty damn good.
As for Dr. Light and the beard, i think they just left in the natural hair color since it looks good on the actor.
Plus, i'm sure budget issues would have been involved in making more elaborate costumes.
Also remember: this is Protoman at the time X was sealed. Thus, this Protoman gives the impression of being upgraded and much more powerful than he was in the Classic series. Also the saber is a nod to Proto's .EXE counterpart, who wields a saber. Personally, i think the inclusion of the saber was a creative and kickass, but alas that is only my opinion.

It's funny: i thought the same thing until i realized that it's actually farther up on his helmet. Look closely: it's smaller but the red crystal is definitely there.
