Thanks for the feedback. Posting that jumpy animation make many persons get more interested on this. Actually, that was the idea, have something to work with and modify later with more people :D

There are some problems with Sigma's running sprites:
1. With his long legs, make him run would look ridiculous
2. He can't hold his Saber while running, or else he'll wielding it when run
So instead of making normal running sprites, I have other ideal that make him holding his Saber all the time and he will run somewhat like this while holding the Saber

I like it, but when I did the sprites I thought about zero, who can run without his saber

I'm guessing you were aiming to have him pull out his sabre and swing like Zero? If not, then Chippy's style would work probably best for Sigma.

Yes, I was aiming that, but personaly, I like Chippy's idea (I used "x1" X and "x3" Zero sheets as a mold, maybe that's why it look strange)

What do you need sprites for? It sounds like the running Sigma sprites are giving you trouble. Maybe you should just have shorter sprites so that he wouldn't take as long strides. Besides, having your own custom Sigma sprites would make it more original. I think I'll make a sprite as soon as I can and get your approval.

Just so you know, when Sigma was in the Hunters he didn't have spikes on his knees. Shows so in the Day of Sigma.

Wait, playable Sigma will be "good Sigma" or "Maverick Sigma"?
If he's "good Sigma" then I'll change it, or make him "Maverick Sigma" and play him like Vile in MHX?

Also, I notice that the Sigma I see in the running sprites and Capcom's original Sigma sprites have many color different and some small changes. I really need to know which 1 you need 'cause it will affect the current sprites I'm working on

Yeah, we have the problems with sigma sprites. We are working now for the running thing, but we need a good dash, sword attack, jumping and wall-slide. But if you want, we need other things (we are working in the first level), like enemies and a boss (if you want to take it, I'll describe it via PM). Thanks again ;)

Unkwowni: Welcome to the club :D Im Vaankar, one of the guys making the music, im finishing another tune right now so ill post it around here soon just so people also get ideas and inspired to help (not like my music is the best thing ever, but oh well ha ha).

Craven: I am no pro at sprites, so im actually surprised to see Sigma running. :-o Good job.

PS: In a day this got flooded with new people around talking on the proyect, i glad this is finally taking flight

Actually I never thought about him... and yes, he could fit perfectly. Actually, I think he is a character we WILL need (using the space of a namelees character... until now )

We have planed that Vile, Storm Eagle, Wheel Gator, Flame Stag and Overdrive Ostrich will appear. Also there are some more cammeos ;)
