Name: Kirisute
Species: Cyborg
Affiliation: Leader of the clan "Neon Knights"
Physical Description: Kirisute is a fully armored male. His AI is at the age of 23. His hairstyle is somewhat like Zero's, but more puffier and it is black hair. His left eye is red and his right eye is gold. His helmet is kind of like Vile's, but you can actually see his eyes and there is no piece going down. His armor is pure black and is extremely reinforced, but enough firepower could take him down easily (but not out).
Equipment: He has two swords, one buster that is attached to his arm, and a Warhammer made of the DNA souls of his victims. This Warhammer is named "HellBound". This hammer cannot be destroyed, for if it is, it will only come back. His red sword, his backup one, is called "Vengence". It is usually only used when getting revenge on a fallen clan member. His main one is pure white and has a black aura around it; its name is "Agony". The weaker Kirisute gets, the stronger the sword becomes. All of these weapons are linked to Kirisute in some way.
Skills: Kirisute's preferred battle style is somewhat of a CQB type. His whole clan is like this. Kirisute can control smoke and electricity, making him a formidable foe. He is a expert at basically everything except for long range battles. He hates trying. If he is weaponless, he either uses his elemental powers, or uses the Flying Dragon style of fighting, the only time he likes trying.
With the electricity, he can use it as a self-healing skill or some type of defensive strike, but these skills are the same attacks. He turns his body into a walking lightning bolt, healing him, and if anyone touches him, they get hurt, not badly though. Projectiles are break through this electricity shielding, and completely removing all health he gained back.
With the smoke, he can use it as a heat attack and an evade. His heat attack is when he takes a ball of smoke and throws it at the enemy. It doesn't sound like much, but at a high tempurature (about
1500 C), it can melt a hole through someone rather quickly if he uses it enough. His evade is pretty interesting, and it's hard to hit him when he evades. He activates a high-density smokescreen and then he teleports out of there.
His weaknesses for his powers when he is using them
Electricity: Water, definitely water.
Smoke: Wind, because that would make the smoke spread faster and be noneffective.
Of course, you see how these powers kind of go together? If the enemy uses Wind, Kirisute can switch to Electricity and shock him.
Hyper Mode: He has a hyper mode that gives him a whole new type of armor, called ::PROJECT ULTIMAX::. This armor increases his power and speed. It also gives him the ability to fly. Once used though, it is hard for him to control his rage. His power and speed are both increased, obviously, but in different variables. His speed increases higher than his power, but the power is still higher. The speed is increased to about, if I were to use the scale on X2 and X3, it would be at 13,000rp, and his power is at around 15,000rp. He is given a higher powered buster and his swords become dual-edged. His hammer does not change, but he gains a second one. It will only last 4 turns. His rage basically makes his mind go nuts and attack anybody in his way, even allies. His mind comes back to normal when the Hyper Mode is finished.
Background: His creator is unknown. When he was first made, he was the prototype for a new model of Reploid. So they chose Kiri (Kirisute) as their test dummy. This project went on to be known as ::PROJECT MK IV:: Sadly, the project failed, and Kirisute went beserk. He went off to destroy towns upon cities. They finally caught him and put in a chip that incredibly nerfed his powers (NOTE: the Ultimax armor disables this chip).
This chip also made it so he was more "controlled" than the others. Five years later, his whole memory was erased, so it was like starting his whole life over again. He started up a new clan called the Neon Knights. The clan's purpose is to destroy the Maverick Hunters (Note: there is A LOT of info I have not filled in to you guys, due to only having a short time doing this.)
Personality: Kirisute is relatively brave, but can be very arrogant and powerhungry. When Ultimax is activated, all personality is lost.
Dream: His mission is to, mainly, find out who kidnapped his wife. His secondary dream is to eliminate every enemy in his path and rid the world of heroes (meaning Maverick Hunters, mainly).
Reasons: He believes that finding the kidnappers will get him closer to eliminating the Heroes of this world.
Miscellaneous Information:
He speaks 15 different languages.
Before he was transformed, he used to play guitar for a underground metal band.
He has a third armor, but due to it having more power than MK2 Shao Kahn power, it was never released (?).
He hates Canadians. <3
This character came to me when I was playing Mortal Kombat (the new one) I thought it would be cool if Raiden and Smoke were morphed into one character and was a darker type of character. It all fit together well, I suppose.
