Mega Man X Anniversary To the Xbox 360? Anyone else think this is possible?

I am a huge Mega Man X fan! I have played all the original Mega Man games released on the NES to the Mega Man X games on the SNES. I know that Capcom released an anniversary addition of the mega man x games for the game cube and the Playstation 2. I would love to see Capcom release this fantastic collection to the Xbox 360 ! Does anyone else feel the same way I do?

I do know that they released Mega Man 9 and 10 for the Xbox live arcade!

Mega Man X Collection came out in 2006, I believe. By then, the Xbox 360 already came out. If they wanted to, they would've released it on PSN/XBLA/WiiWare, or at least for retail on the 360, since that console came out first. I already own the X Collection myself on PS2, and I'm fine with it. However, where I am, the collection is pretty rare...

And I mean that in the most sexually painful way possible.

same here i have it for PS2 unfortunately i've only completed 4-6
still tryin to complete 1-3 so i could battle n chase but wats dis i here about megaman x online
talk about EVERYONE from the whole series every enemy x and the original megaman
i think i even saw wily and his band of robots including believe it or not protoman what da hell is goin on dat most of us dont no about

Mega Man X was released on the Virtual Console just recently. Mega Man X2 will also be released on the Virtual Console soon as well. Besides, the 20th Anniversary of Mega Man X is in two years, and I doubt Capcom will do anything about it.

Why is everyone nowadays so easily suckered into ports of old games on modern systems? Is it purely for the convenience of say, not having to get up and change the input on your tv to that other console you have that is like a few years older? I mean if you don't have the original game(s) then I'd understand purchasing it on a modern console. If not though it seems pretty silly.

You're talking about a theoretical re-release of a compilation of many re-releases...Gameception?

I for one would appreciate a 360 release. I didn't have a PS2 or Gamecube when the X collection came out, I had a Xbox. I was actually surprised that the X collection didn't come out on the original XBox cause I have the Classic Anniversary Collection on Xbox and it still plays on the 360 unlike alot of OG XBox games. Plus, X Collection came out a year after the classic collection so, yeah why DIDN'T come out on Xbox?

I think everyone makes valid points if you have a working SNES and have Mega Man X then thats one thing but on the other hand they just released a Halo Anniverary on the 360 and that was on the original xbox. so why not bring the x collection to the 360?
