For me, I never was bullied in person but every time I would talk about Megaman in front of my friends (and even to a ex-friend I had) they always were like "Oh that's cool, but I wanna talk about -insert anime, usually Inuyasha or Fullmetal Alchemist, etc.-". I always felt left out and because of that I lost my interest to Megaman for a while. Heck, even my ex-friend wanted me absorbed into one particular anime and for a good while, I was! It sucked :/ It was until I started to watch someone's Let's Play of X6, did I start to slowly get back into Megaman, simply because I missed it and I enjoyed the times I had with it. Now I'm here, still enjoying it, and now I'm even being praised for liking Megaman in college classes XD It's very fun to hear others reactions when they hear I enjoy Megaman!

nobody ripped on me cause i liked megaman in highschool even. would smash a fuckers face in if he tried to burn megaman. honestly if you didnt find something you liekd so much as a kid that you still like it, too bad for you

Some little girls played with Barbie, I played with Zero.

^^; When you think about it, I was basically roleplaying with dolls, or action figures. Whichever you prefer. In fact that probably directly evolved into the online roleplaying I do now. I would get a friend to play with and we'd 'animate' our toys. :P

Regardless, nobody really /knew/ about me liking Megaman except for my friends. So no, I didn't really get bullied about it.

I knew a guy who was bullied in a way 'cause he liked mega man... but actualy he was more bulied because of his childish attitude (we were at the last years of high school/secondary education or any way you wanna call it). He was Ermac's and my classmate, and you can notice that both of us like Mega Man (and mortal kombat and stuff) and never been bullied because of that....whatever, I don't know anybody who was actualy bullied because of this.

Funny story.

I would draw Mega Man X or Mega Man bosses occasionally in elementary school.

One time I drew Flash Man and this kid said his gun looked like a penis.

Anothr time a kid took my Mega Man drawing and drew a beard, boobs, balls and a dick.

You heard that right. A 5th grader turned my X drawing into a hermaphrodite. I was thoroughly confused. Good thing he didn't draw a vagina, because I wouldn't have had the slightest clue what it was.

Similarly a girl took a drawing I did of Mario and colored it how she wanted into instead of his official colors like I wanted.

Also, I would draw DBZ characters and Super Sonic and kids would make fun of the drawings because they had damage shown on the characters like scratches and blood.
