Super Arm(MM1) Because I can never use it
Water Balloon (MM8) Doesn't do much damage
Thunder Wool (MM10) Because it often misses
Oil Slider (MMPU) Because it does little damage in oil drops
Top Spin (MM3) Because you get damaged too every once in a while
Concrete Shot (MM9) Cause I never got the chance to use it other than freeze those laser-like beams in Wily's castle
Bubble Lead (MM2) Cause it's pathetic.
Danger Wrap (MM7) Hard to use
Frost Tower (MMX4) Because of low range
Lightning Web (MMX4) VERY hard to use
Ground Dash (MMX6) Hard to use too
Shining Ray (MMX8) Because of limited range
Guard Shell (MMX6) Very hard to control/aim
F-Laser (MMX5) Hard to control, especially in getting the armor part in Dark Dizzy's stage

Ahem.
Top Spin is actually a really good weapon. The problem is trying to hit the enemy without making your body contact the enemy as well. But if you can perfect that, this thing can rape just about EVERY enemy.
But anyways, that was my opinion. While on the topic of MM3, how about Gemini Laser? That thing is practically useless.
EDIT: Damn it, Kirby. Beat me to it.

X series:
- Moving wheel/Zankourin (MMX7) - This weapon sucks, especially against the boss who is supposedly weak against this weapon.
- Tenshoha (MMX8) - This giga attack for Zero and Layer is fair at best. It is also dangerous to use it against the ones who are weak against this weapon (Dark Mantis and the real Sigma)
- Mettaur Crash (MMXCM) - I prefer using C-attacks against Mettaurs. As for Mettaur Gigant, I use action triggers against it.
- Vengeful Needles (MMXCM) - This weapon really sucks. All of Marino's other weapons are better than this one.
Legends series:
- Blade Arm (MML1): The power and range is not too good compared to other weapons.
- Aqua Blaster (MML2): It is only for the intro part and not really used for fighting.

I use the Squeeze Bomb with X and Alia sometimes when I need to negate shots from regular enemies (the charged version is not too good though, I'll give you that.) Thunder Dancer is pretty good too. I agree you about the other X8 weapons though.
To be honest, I use the X-Buster and Alia Buster more than their special weapons in X8.

Well.... the X/Alia buster was pretty damn powerful in that game so i don't blame you, but also some of zero weapons kinda sucked...IMO cause they didnt have as much range as the Z saber (the fan , the hammer,.....and "teh" knuckles(which was just awful IMO)) but the Z spear( i think that was the name) and the sigma blade were pretty damn awesome....

For some reason I instinctively use only Mega Buster in actual stages, with exception of some of the really broken weapons. Power Stone in particular though I remember having really strange and shitty range. Rarely would I be able to land a proper hit on Charge Man or any enemy with it. Hell, I so rarely hit anything or cared to use it, I dunno if it even did decent enough damage to try and compensate.

I also use the X/Alia buster powers of their ride chasers often in the Central White stage due to their versatile arsenal of regular and charged shots. If I wanted to get a combo, I can use the regular shots. If I wanted to shoot a powerful shot at a slightly farther range and play defensively, I can use the charged shots.
As far as Zero and Layer's weapons go, I only agree with you about the B-Fan (the fan weapon, although it is does pretty well against regular enemy bullets after beating Trilobyte.)
The T-Breaker (hammer) can ignore an enemy's barrier that is still active, including the Sigma's, and damage them. However, it does not hurt Lumine when his wing barriers are up during the Paradise Lost phase. You have to crack all 3 wing barriers to damage Lumine.
The K-Knuckle does not have range, but it has quite a bit of power in its attacks.
The D-Glaive (the spear-like lance) and the Sigma Blade are indeed too good. Although the hit box for the D-Glaive is smaller than the Z-Saber, Layer Rapier, and Sigma Blade, the glaive weapon has more range than any of the three swords.

Time stopper is not as useless as you think, Dark Seraph Lumine. It stops death rays in Quickman stage. Also, it damages Quickman.
Ah, and bright stopper is in MegaMan 4. In MegaMan 5 is gravity hold.

I agree totally.

Is it really? It's totally helpful when you try to hit an enemy above or behind you. Also, ricochets look kinda cool.

The Z Knuckles are in the same situation as Top Spin. The user just needs to practice pulling off attacks at the perfect moment on enemies for devastating results. I particularly love the thunder uppercut thing you can do after beating gigabolt. It just needs even more practice to use because, if I recall correctly, you can alter the range in which you dash before performing the uppercut.
Of the Zero weapons in X8, I dislike the hammer the most. Low versatility.

The DNA charge for Nautilus would have been more useful if Axl used Mad Ecstasy instead. Mad Ecstasy has powerful shots that can either have 6 shots hit 1 enemy, 3 shots hitting 2 enemies, or 2 shots hitting 3 enemies. The damage could have varied based on Axl's current attack power. It could be a great alternative to the non-elemental shots of Asura Knuckle and Sunburst with their fixed amount of hits. Unfortunately, Axl's stuck with Mad Cocktail. Then again, most of the bosses that Axl transforms into uses shot attacks anyway.

And all the shield weapons from the Classic series. Take up so much ammo for so little uses.
