The branch of Cloud Labs located in Toronto. This is also the original branch.

Dr. S teleported in from [New Hera: Streets]. He arrived in the local IT Bay and several people looked at him with surprise.

"Ah! Doctor!"

"Hello sir!"

"Whatsup?"

"What brings you here today, doctor?" the receptionist said with a genuine pleasant voice.

Dr. S stepped out and scratched the back of his head. He looked around and was making an odd humming noise. People stared.

"... Um... Meeting somebody..." Dr. S said quietly.

"Well, alright. Your office is still unlocked, like you said." the receptionist said.

Dr. S nodded, waving at anybody who waved at him. He pressed the button on an elevator and stepped inside. He pressed a switch shaped like a blue cloud and the elevator ascended slowly. It was glass and as he went up, he saw the various rooms and the large lobby as he ascended. He finally went to the top and stepped off. His lab was a large room taking the entire floor. The whole area was a mess. Desks covered with papers, and glasses, and various Reploid parts. He tread through the mess to his own desk and sat down at it.

[From Outside Cloud Labs]

Ryuta wanders in, barely managing to catch Dr. S stepping into the elevator and heading up to what he can only assume to be his office. He looks around to make sure no one became suspicious of his presence before heading towards the elevator, keeping a spiritual watch out for any security personnel that might try to stop him through force before he could explain his reasons for following after the stuttering doctor.

A man saw Ryuta and tapped his earphone and spoke a foreign language not known to Ryuta. There was a pause and he nodded as if he could be seen. He approached the masked Reploid and got closer to Ryuta.

"Blue Cloud." he said before stepping back.

Ryuta sensed one of the cops noticing his presence and speak into his communicator before making a move towards him along with what appears to be a facially concealed reploid.

He turns to face the approaching officer while waiting for the elevator to come back, checking his spirit to see if there was any hostility in his reasons for confronting him.

The elevator reached the bottom now as to not linger on Dr. S' level. The Reploid's mind showed no hostility but merely curiosity and wonder; mainly at what seemed to be Dr. S' greenlight of allowing Ryuta to stay in the building.

Ryuta continues to observe the officers until the elevators doors open, then turns his focus towards the shaft and steps inside, observing the buttons to see which one he should press if Dr. S wasn't going to bring him up to the office himself.

On the top of the list of floors ranging in the 100's, there was a Blue Cloud, resembling the logo therefore a "stratus" cloud lit up along with the rest of the buttons. It was obviously what the Reploid meant.

Ryuta observes the blue cloud design before nonchalantly pressing it, seeming to get what the reploid said earlier when it caught sight of him. He spends the wait observing the mask to see how dry the paint was since his redecoration in the plane; even though the label said "fast drying" he believed in the old saying "seeing is believing".

The elevator rose to the top floor and finally the doors opened up at the top. It revealed the Doctor's lab. It looked like a mad scientist's fantasies. There were messes of Reploid parts, papers, designs, schematics... And Dr. S was the core of it all; he sat barely visible in a chair behind a pile of papers at his desk.

Ryuta barely looks at the so-called office, having been sent to worse places that would make Dr. Frankenstein look like an OCD, as he makes his way towards the paper-stacked desk, pondering whether to sit in front of it like a traditional interview, or somewhere the doctor can see him.

Dr. S seemed to be sleeping before slowly waking up, standing up in seemingly slow motion. He stretched after the 20 second nap and put his arms between the stack of papers and spread them; the towers fell over adding to the mess. He looked at several Reploid parts in front of him and grabbed a copy chip before tossing it behind him. There were several copy chips. He lazily pushed things aside as he searched for a particular Copy Chip.

Ryuta stood behind the desk, watching the fountain of mess Dr. S was creating tossing papers and chips around, most particular the Chameleon Chips, though he wasn't concerned about their continued production as he had heard plenty of rumors surrounding the ignorance to evidence meant to stop their distribution.

Dr. S finally stopped at a particular Model and then he placed that in the one clear space and then opened a drawer full of liquids. He grabbed a tube and pulled it out and showed it to Ryuta. It was a red liquid which hugged the walls of the tube, trying not to fill the volume of the tube but cover the walls... It wasn't exactly transparent but rather translucent like a frosty window.

"Um... Do... Do you know what.. Um, this is?" Dr. S asked.

He pointed to a bin in front of the desk which had "Chair" written on it.

Ryuta stares at the so-called "chair" before reluctantly sitting down and observing the tube Dr. S had just picked up.

"Another pill?" he asked in a mixture of rhetorical and sarcasm.

"Nano Bots. The sole reason the Nano Incident was terrible. If this glass were to break and get on you or me, we would both have to be incinerated way passed safety temperatures." he said very fast.

He placed it down and grabbed three more vials. One was filled with a yellow gel like substance, another contained another gel like substance that also hugged the walls, while the last one contained a crystal clear liquid in it which didn't seem very special.

"... Guess these..." Dr. S said.

Ryuta observed the other three vials placed on the desk, unsure of what to make of them.

"Can't really say," he said regretfully.

"Yellow is limited. Created by Doppler Labs; it is a parasitic Replibrain." he said as he opened the vial and placed it on a tray. It poured out slowly.

"Blue is Ordarium." he said as he took out five trays, placing them on the desk. He poured the Ordarium on another tray and it moved slowly.

"..." he said nothing and poured the Nano Bots on the third tray.

He placed the white-liquid down and grabbed two more vials. Another red vial and another white liquid. He opened the white liquid and poured it over the red liquid on the tray. Both disappeared leaving a small reddish sand... The Nano Bots were stationary and now dead; the white liquid was an antidote. Dr. S then took the new white liquid and poured it over the limited and it sizzled but ultimately vanished too showing Nano Bots were derived from Limited. The Limited however completely vanished leaving a small speck which is the core of the blob. Dr. S reached into the drawer grabbing more vials... More Limited and one antidote. He took the white liquid and poured it on the Ordarium. The Ordarium rejected the antidote and remained. The antidote didn't work..,. He took the red liquid he grabbed previously and the new Limited, and poured them together at the same time. The gel and nano bots fused... Turning into a blue gel... Ordarium.

"This... Um... Makes no sense..." Dr. S said, thinking about the fact that the antidote destroys Nano Bots and Limited, but when mixed together, rejects the antidote... "This... Um... Liquid... Resembles a symbiotic being more tha... Um... A... Um, parasite..." Dr. S finished as he poured the two Ordariums together and contained it in a larger vial.

Ryuta observes the show being displayed before them; not having much experience with mechanical science and what not he couldn't make out most of what this all meant other than the fact that there may be conditions to administering these antidotes that he may have to be careful of if he had to use these at some point.

"The point... Of... Um... This... Is it defies logic... The antidote is... Um... Nano Bots themselves meant to... Um... Neutralize... Almost as if the... Um... Ordarium rejects it with willpower..." Dr. S said, hinting at there may be a puppet master. He had a solid idea of who, but he was iffy about the said somebody.

"... Reploids can reject but not... Um... Totally... New Gens... Have total rejection..." Dr. S said as he simply pushed the trays and vial off the desk.

He closed the drawer and opened another one... This time he pulled out another Copy Chip. He tossed it at Ryuta.

"This... Um... Has my DNA on it... Use it in tough situations... involving authority..." Dr. S said before explaining his plan.

Ryuta caught the chip, glancing at it a moment before pushing parts of his robe aside to stick it in his pants pocket. He feels confident that the mask will cover up the recognition issue, but figures he'd keep the chip as a contingency plan in case meager repaints or a peek behind the mask causes minor suspicions.
