Physical Description: White is roughly seventeen...has Black shoulder length hair, it covers his right eye, His eye color is a bright royal blue. he has black armor with a gold trim.

Equipment: White has a Copy Chip, the one made after Axl's, which has Sigma's DNA. White has what he calls a Broad Saber....It's more or less just a Longsword-like Saber that's blue. His Buster fires Plus sign shaped Charged Shots...He calls it the "Cross Buster"

Skills or Techniques: White is rather skilled with repairing things, such as he can (If needed) do minor repairs to himself.
When it comes to fighting, he prefers to just dive right in

Hyper Mode(s): W-Trans: Using a Copy Chip, he can copy the DNA of a Reploid and transform; as of now, he has no DNA on his Copy Chip due to deleting it all.

Background: Project White ... a new generation reploid to be created by the hands of an intelligent scientist Kai Yukimura Using Titanium X whose goal was to see how far he could take the limits of a reploid. This reploid was created with the strongest materials the man could find, working tirelessly for years - trying to perfect his workings. Finally, he'd created the base body of the reploid known as "White". Awakening from his created slumber, he began his journey to adjust himself to the world. A couple of weeks after, his brain had developed to the point he was as intelligent as his creator. He took the day to enjoy the outside, heading out to the plains and allowing the breeze to calm himself. Upon returning, he came upon the slaughtered remains of his creator, a laboratory destroyed. Soon, he learned this was due to a gang of what was called "Mavericks". They'd caused the destruction from their fear of being defeated by a new generation reploid. White had used the blueprints his creator had used and began perfecting his body.... Now, White lives his life as a reploid filled with memories, and conflicted emotions - trying to decide whether or not revenge would be the correct path to follow.

Personality: White is kind, but rather quiet...If you get past his wall he can be very talkative.

Dreams: White thrives to protect people from the same fate that befell his creator.

Miscellaneous Information: in White's spare time, he likes to tinker with Gadgets and Gizmos. he likes inventing things, he finds it fun and a good pastime

a few issues i'm seeing:

reinventing the wheel here with a standard buster and Saber, perhaps you could elaborate more on these weapons, make them seem a bit more personal to your character.

the strongest material at the time is Titanium X/Z alloy

if White is a New Generation Reploid, he will have a Copy Chip, unless you are stating that he is a form of a newest generation of reploids made to replace those with Copy chips. if this is not the case, then he will need to have a copy chip that most likely has Sigma's data on it, because it's been extablished that every copy chip made after Axl's has Sigma DNA on it

who is his creator? information like this will be needed so that one can gain the most out of character development.

speaking of information: how did White become a Class B Hunter... normally, when signing up, you'd start as a C Class Hunter, and then work your way up, again... this is where detailing is key.
