I would like to see first, a battle against Sigma, then a battle against Lumine, then a tag team of Sigma and Lumine, and Hell, maybe even a fourth battle where Sigma and Lumine merge, much like Bit and Byte or Bass and Trebble. Give us a challenge already.

You know the part in X8 where you lose your partner in the Sigma palace? Would be cool if it turned out that Vile had defeated Axl and captured him in X8 and was posing as him. Then at the end of X8 when Lumine shoots that purple goo into Vile/Axl, it could have been him bonding with Vile. Then In X9 we could have a Vile/Lumine end boss with the real Axl showing up to help out.

You know, I wouldn't mind some whole new person. I think part of the reason I liked CM so much was because it didn't directly tie into the X games. Sure those who play know, but there isn't the backstory of Sigma, X, and Zero like all the others. It was fresh. Plus, Epsilon was awesome. I also think he was the first black reploid we've seen. And lets face it, we needed a black boss. It just works.

As far as Vile posing as Axl goes, I don't agree with it. For one, Vile never had the ability to change shape. Second, he wouldn't help the Hunters by defeating both Sigma and Lumine. He works alone, even if he wants to fool X and Zero. Third, he doesn't really know Axl. How would he know to ask if he'll go maverick like Sigma did?

I'm not trying to dismiss what you said, Turian, but it just doesn't seem to work out.

Well, you forget that, Vile was destroyed and rebuilt a few times, and he COULD have been rebuilt AS a new generation Reploid THIS time around. Even if he did not use his copy abilitites After all, Sigma was rebuilt as a new gen.

Well, I guess it is a possibility he could've been rebuilt as a New Gen, after all, Vile did seem suspiciously loyal to Sigma's goals. Still, New Gens contain data from all of the "old model Reploids", which means Vile was probably included in the mix as well. Would that mean Vile could transform into Vile? That sounds bizarre.

Also, I'm pretty sure Sigma isn't a New Gen either.

Once again, It's a what if scenario. I don't "believe" anything, it was an IDEA, a suggestion. Get it? There is no reason for you to argue against it like I was spouting fact. Because I made it pretty clear that it was just an idea.

EDIT: And Vile IS a new gen. Even Sigma was a new gen. All the mavericks in X8 were new gen's. ALL OF THEM.

I appreciate your thanks, but what is it that I said that was not understood by Tengu Man. No one is arguing, and we now get it that you were giving us a "what if" statement. Tengu Man's last post saying "the way you worded it made me think," which means that he doesn't think so any more.
