In my opinion, it's Top Man/Yellow Devil.

I don't get why Tenguman there he wasn't that easy, should of been Dustman. But Toadman was the easiest of all. but for the hardest i say Elecman cause i cant fight him with out getting hit.

For the polls...OTHERS!!! Easiest was Blizzard Man. Hardest was Dark Man (was his name?) from MM5.

Sorry for those who thought tengu man was not easy, but he was a good choice for those who havent fought top/toad man.

Easiest for me was Metal Man.
Hardest was Burst Man.

I have to say Toad was the easist. As long as you keep attacking he cannot use his rain attack >_>

As for hardest, I say King's gundamish robot when playing as Rockman.

I'd say that Toad Man is the easiest. All you have to do is shoot and slide. It's a little off topic, but I found out that toads give off acid, which is probably why acid rain is one of his attacks.

As for the hardest boss, I think the 2nd version of Dr. Wily on Mega Man 4 is. That was a pain.

yes i think the very easiest is Dustman and the hardest is Yellow Devil.

Easiest: Toad Man. If they name a weak, easily-manipulable AI pattern after him, he's gotta be easy (Toad Man Syndrome/Disease.)

Hardest: Shadow Man. Without Top Spin (and even sometimes with), he's a spaz. You have to watch the jump to know what he'll do, and even then, you still need a window to hit him.

As for Tengu Man, that depends on which one you're talking about. MM8 Tengu Man is cake. MM&B Tengu Man is a nutjob.

Hyena, Elec Man is actually very easy with just the Buster. Here's how it goes: he runs up to attack and raises his arms. When he does, you shoot once. The key is that you shoot once because the pattern gets thrown off if you shoot more than once. That's all there is to it. Make sure you're facing him before you begin. Otherwise, he might get you and then you have to break out the Rolling Cutter.

Easiest: Megaman III - Magnet Man ... You need only to run, and hit it.. easy

Hardest: Megaman II - Quick Man ... If also you have Crash Man (his weakness), he can hurt you xD... try it to do no damage
