What do you mean? Wii points? If you mean spending them, then it's not a downloadable game. I believe that it's one that you have to pay over the counter.

The Wii system is very restrictive about download titles. They have to be rather small. So I would assume that this will be a disc-based game like New Super Mario Bros.

lol It better be a disc game. I already pre-ordered it. And November 21st? A guy at Game Stop told me it was November 8th. Whatev.

The red bird/cauldron/boss thing was pretty incredible.

It's strange seeing a side-scrolling DK on current gen consoles when there was practically no transition point from DK3 on the SNES era graphics to now.

I was checking out the info on it at Game Stop. I'm still not 100% sure if it's just a remake of the first one or not, But, even so, my twin and I played the CRAP out of the original one. AND according to what I read, Both players can be active on the screen at once.

I'm a Huge fan of Co-Op games, (Secret of Mana and Fire Striker are other Co-Op games of that age that come to mind.) Probably why my sister and I played the crap out of the original. That primary fact in mind, I did put a reservation on the game.

... To this day, the falling snow still makes me think of monkeys. (We loved the blizzard stage, as much as it was a pain in the butt, we loved it.)

Wow, the Kongs are really ******'n things up in those levels huh? So much carnage. :axlmet:

I can see the whole somersalt/cartwheel off a platform and continue to jump on thin air quirk is still in full effect. :xbrighteyes:

Well I won't get to play this till Christmas and that seems forever away.

Only dissapointing thing......that rumored character isn't in the game (if you are a gonintendo.com diehard you know the rumor). I mean I guess I can get used to the new status quo but it feels so........wrong not having this character there.

Yeah, I was disappointed at first too, since K. Rool is one of my fav villains of all time, but the game is so good that I'll excuse them this time. They're most likely holding some stuff back for a possible sequel anyway...it's just smart marketing. If you throw everything in the first game you have nothing to get people excited for in the sequel.
