Chiba made it through. R was slightly behind. He stood up, and dashed like a ninja for the exit. Making it through before it closed was the biggest relief R has had in his life. He gasped a bit, and put Juno down. Chiba slammed Kazuo into the ground like a Football. Kazuo may never be the same again. The room they were in was a massive circular room that is around 20 stories high, takes up the entire floor, and near the top is a massive gaping hole. R looked down, and saw the dragon Reploid that they saw earlier.

"Hey thats..." R said.

"... Congratulations... You have passed a rather short... And easy chapter of the storybook... That I am writing..." a man said.

"... Hey, you're that guy who was talking to us before! Show yourself coward!" Chiba said.

Kazuo staggered to his feet, holding his chest trying to breath some air. This was all that Japanese Repli-ho, Chiba's, fault.

Juno's hyper mode was still in effect, so she tried concentrating.. Something she couldn't do a few moments ago. Now, her scimitars returned to her quickly, like IT almost.

Using heat-shade, she heated up her body once more and held her energy blades in a crossbone position, wondering who was talking.

"Let's pit... Repoids against a prisoner..." the voice said.


The dragon, with no legs at all, floated into the air, and started flying. R drew a Saber, and Kazuo cracked his knuckles. Chiba drew a Ninjato.

Twirling one to face behind her, she lept up the wall as the dragon did a fly-by. She swept up one of her scimmys, sending a shade of heated energy.

The Dragon manipulated the air around it and spun it around in multiple directions around it to create a shield. It shot a blast of Plasma energy at the group, and when it did, an opening appeared. Everybody instantly knew that when it attacks, you have to attack back. Kazuo flew around the dragon, getting the hang of flying, and he put his arms up. He tried to push with all his energy which he didn't understand yet. He pushed it back into the wall, and the wall itself was decimated. Snow and wind were breaking in, and disrupting the dragon's wind, but the snow the dragon used to his advantage. He hardened it to create spikes lining the walls.

"Dammit, we have to keep flanking him and attack when he does!" R said.

He pulled out his buster and kept it aimed at the dragon's head. Chiba decided to take the initiative, and kept himself ready to launch. Kazuo flew to Chiba, knowing what he was going to do.

Juno quickly jumped off at seeing the spikes. She landed back on the platform, trying to figure out what her next move was.
"Damn it, I wish I had a buster right now.." She commented.

The Dragon consisted of the head, and 8 spears following it. Each spear opened up green revealing eyeballs. (OOC: They look like the Reaverbot Eyes on Legends.) They serve as an eyeball, and as a limiter. The back Eyeball flashed red, and a hole opened up in the center. Out of the center came a torrent of water. It filled the room up, and that eyeball closed itself, and began to explode, leaving 7 left. R had trouble fighting underwater, and Chiba's plan will be difficult to execute.

"Shoot... It's hard to move in all this water..." R said.

Chiba forced himself to run, and waited for the Dragon to attack. It attacked again, this time firing ice shards at everybody. R shot a blast in, and Chiba attempted to jump into the mouth. The eyes saw him and he was rejected via ice forming. Kazuo was confused.

Juno hopped back to avoid the water, but did get soaked. However, before it occurred she tossed one scimitar into the red eye. Using her other to avoid the ice shard.

"Dang it... I need to get inside of that thing and take it out from the inside..." Chiba said.

Kazuo saw that Juno threw her scimitar into the 7th eye of the dragon. Chiba watched the dragon. The 7th eye glared red, but was interrupted by Juno's weapon. The Dragon's wind was pierced by the scimitar because it was small and had heavy weight in the front allowing it to pierce the eye. It caused the dragon problems, and the 4th eye turned black, and was dragging the dragon down. The dragon dropped it, and used magnets to connect the 5th and 3rd eye together. The 7th eye glared red again, and coated the ceiling in ice, and had ice shards spawn. This prevented the group from jumping too high. After this, the 7th eye imploded, dragging the party in.

"SHIT!" R said, being dragged in.

Kazuo was able to fight it, but wound up going up, and had to let himself be sucked towards it.

[Emergency Signal from Maverick Hunter HQ]

Unaware to Juno, R, Kazuo, and Chiba their comms came online during the battle. However due to the region they were in the signal wasn't able to get through, heavy jamming going on from not only the point of origin but from their area. The comm hissed static for a few minutes until suddenly it clicked off and went silent.

Juno was oblivious to the danger taking hold at Hunter Base. Her scimitar appeared back in her open hand, only to be sucked towards the dragon along with the rest.

Chiba dashed forward towards the Dragon, and made sure to put himself in a diving position. If Juno's scimitar could get through, he could try his theory to see if he could get through. He pierced through the wind, with only his legs being affected. He shoved his Ninjato into the3rd eyeball, and it went black, exploded, and the 5th and 2nd eyeball reconnected. The 5th eyeball turned red, and coated the entire room in spikes, making the ground, ceiling, and walls unsafe. They had to stay swimming. The 5th eyeball exploded, this time sending out burst of ice everywhere. Chiba himself managed to get away without suffering damage. R noticed the failed transmission.

"What was that!?" R asked himself.

Juno was dropped into the water, where her body began to sink to the ice! She didn't have any equipment that could keep her afloat.

"Help!" She shouted, as she sunk. "I can't stay buoyant!"

Kazuo flew into the water, not slowing from flying through. He put Juno on his back piggyback-style (OOC: . . .) and flew out.

"Sorry, but I need my arms to be free..." Kazuo said.

R was able to tread on the water without sinking. He is useless at the moment. Instead, Chiba picked up R, and piggybacked him.

"You aim, I dodge." Chiba said.

The 2nd Eyeball turned red, and the ice spikes themselves started firing sharp ice shards all over the room. It was a frozen hell. The second eye exploded, leaving the first, also last eyeball.

"..." C'mon... What is your power... R thought.

[Vérité]

"We need electricity!" Juno told him, as she took hold of Kazuo.

"Electricity!? I'm sure Chiba can get that! CHIBA!" Kazuo yelled, dodging the electricity.

Chiba was having trouble dodging. R was shooting Ice Shards.

"WHAT!?" Chiba screamed out.

"WE NEED ELECTRICITY!" Kazuo said, far across the room.

Chiba wondered why. He reached into the compartment on his arm, and pulled out a few Force Metal chips.

"TAKE THESE, ALL OF YOU!" Chiba said, putting one in.

It was a Thunder +3, very rare.

"No thanks..." R said, pushing it away.

Chiba threw two Force Metals at Kazuo. He caught one, and gave it to Juno, the other passed by. He flew after it and managed to catch it before it went in the water. He didn't know how to apply it, but suddenly the jewel on his chest slid down, revealing a place to place FM's. He did so, and felt different already.

As Juno caught the chip she installed it. The new energy felt good to her, as she fell off of Kazuo's back and electrified her scimitars. She attacked the eye on her way down, literally sliding through it. Then, she dove her scimitars into the water, where she felt a slight shock, but it soon subsided.

The eye itself sustained no damage from the attack, but was paralyzed when it tried to open. The eyeball wasn't red, nor was it green. It was a yellowy-blue color.

"The different eye color means that this eyeball is important!" R said. "Concentrate on that eyeball!"

Ice Shards were still flying by like bullets. R attempted to fire at the eyeball with his normal Buster. It got part way through, but since the air is now covering a smaller area, it's harder for anything to pierce the wind.

"Let's go!" Chiba said, running straight at it.

Kazuo stopped all things around him with a radius of 10 ft, and proceeded to aim the ice shards at the eyeball. The Dragon turned it's head, and began to shoot bursts of fire.

Juno now was sinking again, but she had a plan. Twirling her scimitars, she created a typhoon that lifted her up out of the water. The shards battered her as she jumped off of the twister's top and slashed again.

The eye itself was sustaining damage due to being attacked directly, and the ice shards did nothing to help it either. Kazuo forced them through the wind cyclone surrounding the Dragon, and it hit the iris of the eye. Chiba ran in for the finishing blow with assistance from R. They cut through the weak wind, and R shot the eyeball at pointblank, the eyeball started to vibrate. Chiba shoved his Ninjato right in the center, and pulled it out. The eyeball forced itself open, and the pupil started bouncing around, going crazy. The Ice Shards ceased to fly, and R and Chiba pulled back. The Dragon lurched forward, smashing itself off the floor, and creating a hole. Water poured out draining the room. The Dragon burst into flames, and started to explode. A bright white light illuminated the room, and the dragon completely exploded. When they could see, there were pieces all over the room. The Ice Spikes coating the walls, floor, and ceiling were gone, except for one on the ceiling. It reshaped itself into the man that was present before. He fell to the ground, and stared them down.
