Did Yoko Shimomura work on MM10?

The boss theme in Megaman 10 reminds me of some of the music in Code Name:Viper (known in Japan as Dead Fox:The Human Weapon), and I'm wondering if Yoko Shimomura or another composer who did the music for Viper if there was another composer or so than her who did music for that game that did some if not all of the music in MM10.
