Who do you think is older? Dr. Light or Dr. Wily (and mention of Dr. Cossack as well)

Was it ever state who was older, in the Mega Man series, beween Light and Wily?

I'm guessing Wily is the older one. He just looks so much older than Light, to me.

And as for Cossack, how much younger than both, Light and Wily do you think Cossack is?

Cossack looks a lot younger than Light and Wily, but, how much younger?

I don't recall their ages or birth dates being stated... But Light and Wily are around the same age. And can very depending which adaptation is stated: Wily assists Light, or Wily always was against Light. So it is up for individual interpretation. If Wily assisted (for debate purpose) then Light would seemingly be older. If Wily always opposed, then Wily could have been the older one. Threatened by the younger, and loosing credit to him.

Cossack is younger, by a decade, or 2 or more.
