Post Checking is self-explanatory; the staff will be constantly monitoring your posts to enforce the current RP rules. However, we're not foolproof; if you think there is a post requiring our attention and nothing has been done about it, please use the report function to alert us. We'll handle the issue at our discretion.
The NPC Managers authorize and control the use of NPCs according to our NPC rules and guidelines. They reserve the right to deny use of NPCs if they do not consider the request appropriate, or if the NPCs aren't used in an adequate manner.
Arc Reviewers judge the arc ideas and decide whether to allow them in the RP or not. Arc reviewers reserve the right to request changes if they consider certain details from your ideas inappropriate for the RP.
Profile Reviewers rate character profiles and decide whether they are approved for use in the RP or not. They review profiles based on their personal judgment, knowledge of the X series, the existing RP rules and common sense. Just as arc reviewers can request changes to the arc ideas, the profile reviewers can do the same for the character profiles. The backup reviewer will step in when a third reviewer is needed; for example, when a moderator posts a profile or when one of the regular reviewers is unavailable.
Historians keep track of the events in the RP in an effort to maintain continuity. They also make sure the events in the RP fall in line with the storyline of the games. If you're confused about the status quo and the current situation in the RP, the historians can help you.
The Manager is responsible for the RP in general. The manager is the person to look for if there are issues that cannot be handled by the other moderators, or if there are problems involving the moderators themselves. The co-manager will take over when the manager is unavailable.
As usual, you're free to post if you have any questions or doubts.
