So those of you who are familiar with the series God of War, here's part 3 the last of the epic series. . .I think:






Just in case you guys are wondering. . .this is ALL GAMEPLAY FOOTAGE!!

So if you like slashing, beating, smashing and ripping people's guts out, then this is a game for you to get your furstration out. I'm definitely getting this game now matter what. The release date for this game is in March. So there in your COMMENTS, OPINIONS, DISCUSS ABOUT IT.

I love the God of War games (I know, right?), and I was actually really excited to get it ever since the trailer came out. But after playing Bayonetta, I kinda lost my interest in it, because I just can't see GOW 3 catching up to Bayonetta. Though I'd still get it so I can kick some Greek god ass. Plus, Kratos is badass.

^^Indeed, Kratos is so badass he makes Chuck Norris look like Richard Simmons.

And awe yes Bayonetta that deadly femme fatale. I love her smooth aerial movements yet exhilarating non-stop action. The game has quirky humor as well which is a good thing because it never took itself seriously so that's a plus. Besides her incredible sexiness and ridiculous amount of magical. . .hair? I want to go back to that nasty slashing god-killer guy with an epic story to go with it. Sure Bayonetta is a great game no doubt, but in my opinion I prefer BRUTE FORCE over everything like God of War.

And once it's release it wil destroy all to those who had copied it's style!! (Even though Devil May Cry where the original roots of the combat system back in 2001).

GOW III is out!
I became a fan of this series literally a week ago. I always heard it was a great series but never got into it. Then I downloaded the demo and I was blown away. I'm all in now. Go chaos!!

I've already seen what's gonna happen a week before the release date, but I'm still saving up for this. The story really captured the tone of Greek tragedies I know and love. I thought it's gonna be like the past GOW games, but they really improved it in almost every way (Perhaps the Sony Santa Monica guys played Bayonetta and decided to counter it? )

Good point. Megaman does have basically the same style of play all the way around, but it's still awesome.

Oh god, the Game's Ending was pure gold.

Like how Kratos kills himself to stop Athena, who's now evil, from gaining his power. Before that, Zeus sent Kratos into... Some weird psychedelically realm where he managed to forgive his past sins.

The Treasures unlocked after beating the game were neat too, like:

The Fear Kratos costume that does quadruple damage and such. The Challenge of the Gods is yet again pretty hard and tricky to beat.

Some extras in the game were neat too, like

the minigame with Aphrodite... Which should have boosted the game to Adults Only. When I first met Hera, I was wondering why Hercules wasn't in the game, she then says "Destroy him" and I'm asking who. Then some hulking guy walks out from where I came from... (Just go with it) and there is Hercules; looking like the mother fucking Hulk.

I changed my mind about buying it. I'm just gonna use my money for something more important. Though, I watched a playthrough of it on Youtube and even though I wasn't the one playing, its epicness still managed to amaze me. The story of Kratos ended well (for me at least) and I look forward for more GOW games. Kratos finishing off the Olympians were pure justice served with the side of badass (knowing the Greek gods were colossal douches in the myths, it's satisfying to watch them get what's coming to them)

The Hermes (who doesn't sound Greek at all) chase scene was real sweet. Hermes has godly (pardon the pun) parkour moves! XD Too bad he got his legs chopped off. Ouch.

Oh me oh my!! I'm not reading them spoilers yet but those are major hints your pointin there R_B and Valkyrie I'll read 'em after I beat the game 'n then sum so I thank you all for the spoilers!!

And man that fight with Hercules and Hades was just plain awesome. Especially Herc who looks freakin bulky like the incredible Hulk. . . .Neaman Cestus SMASH!!!


Sorry I don't want to post a fight scene because it'll just ruin it for the rest of ya. Oh and he's voiced by Kevin Sorbo, who played in the original series!!

The only gripe I have with this game is that you have to do all this extracurriclar stuff to get other skins, like buying five 7/11 Slurpees and pre-ordering the game from certain retailers. Why couldn't they just make it DLC?

^^ Yeah that blows. . .DLC would of made a lot of sense, they should come in packs have like 3 to 4 costumes each. It's what Capcom did with the Street Fighter 4 characters. In addition for God of War is maybe add some new enemies in the mix ya know? It adds more replay value. . .guess the developers didn't really think that one through but something tells me it's the marketers ideas in the first place. Money hungry bastards.
