R walked outside, with Axl and Juno following. He wondered where he could start, so he went to the massive field, to search the flat grass field, and the rocky area, which can have many places to hide. R studied the Area, Axl looked at the Base, and imagined all the possibilities of where the Traitor could be.

"Check the areas where nobody goes..." R shouted to Juno.

"I think I found a possible area over here too..." he shouted from across the field. R jumped down, and went straight to Juno to see that area, while Axl stuck a stick in the ground close to the hole, and dashed over to R and Juno.

He heads towards a doorway leading to one part of the Great Hall, assuming operation at the front desk had already resumed after the "minor" shake up, deciding to continue observing there before heading towards one of the more affected areas of the base.

Takashi arrived at the base, dropped his last single-use portable trans server to the ground at his feet, and surveyed the area. He couldn't port directly into the base due to obvious reasons, but he got within dashing distance. Upon arrival at the main gate, he could feel the tension in the area.
--
Takashi walked up to the fence and gazed across the grounds. This would be much more dangerous than taking out Mavericks. "I really would like to see what's causing all this hubbub at HQ, but I'd never be let in again now."
Although he hated to admit it, Takashi knew that he would have to confront Signas sooner or later. "Best be sooner," he thought, composing a message to the head honcho in his communicator.
--
"Signas. You know who this is, and I can tell that you don't need any more trouble than you currently have. BUT I'd love to see what the ruckus is about. I intercepted your distress signal... and I'm here to 'help,' if you can call it that. I'll be waiting at the main gate for your entry approval. And just so you know, I'm currently on your side right now."
Takashi inspected his whip, and after making sure it was in correct working order. he stored it in his holster, sent the message, and strode to the main gate.

Delta dashed through the hallways towards the main gate feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness.
I guess it's to be expected. It's nice to be on my first mission and actually knowing what I'm doing, but there's always the fear of messing up. I wonder who it is I need to apprehend. Ah well, I'll probably find out soon enough.
Having arrived at his destination, Delta drew his triple shot and stepped outside the main gate. After conducting a quick scan of the surrounding area to ensure nobody was lying in wait, he then pointed it at Takashi, saying in as authoritative of a tone as he could muster,
"Put your weapon on the ground and kick it towards me. Commander Signas has ordered me to apprehend you. Once the commander is done with you your weapon will be returned."
Having delivered his ultimatum, Delta stood about 20 feet apart and looked intently at Takashi.
Hm, looks like he carries a saber-style weapon. Well, that bodes well for me if this turns ugly. With my excellent agility I should be able to stay easily out of range in this open environment.

Takashi stared at the hunter and said:
"Apprehend me? As if. I though this would happen though. I suppose you want me to come quietly. Well, that's just NOT going to happen."
And with that, Takashi grabbed the handle of his whip and in one fluid motion, dashed at the hunter and activated his whip while slashing. "Let's rumble!"

As I figured. A beam weapon. So long as I stay out of range this fight should be simple. Still though, I wonder what his purpose here is... Because somehow attacking a maverick hunter right in front of the hunter base doesn't exactly seem like a smart idea.
Dashing to the side, Delta easily evaded Takashi's swipe and called out, "Are you really that stupid or just insane? Because attacking a maverick hunter right in front of his own base has to be the dumbest thing I've ever seen." Dashing backwards to stay out of range, Delta fired a few rounds from his triple shot and contemplated the situation.
If Signas didn't want him in one piece this would be simple enough, but how am I going to disarm this guy without killing him? Perhaps if I nailed him with a stun grenade I could dash in and take his weapon before he recovers... no, too risky. Perhaps if I weaken him enough he'll just give up. Or at least it would make a disarming attempt less risky.
With that final thought, Delta loaded a grenade (normal) into his triple shot, and waited for an opening.

Speaking of combat, not ten steps into the sunlight, a fight had broken out. Mathias only noticed at the last possible moment and sprung back, away from the combatants. He looked on as they hacked and blasted at each other.
Maybe I should get someone from inside to get a hold of those two...

"First of all, I know ALL about what 'not' to do and all that. I used to be a hunter. Second, I used to be rank A, and I doubt that anyone would send a rank A hunter out here just for one 'guest.' Third, from the way you're acting, it seems you don't want me completely disabled. And lastly, if you wanted me to comply with you, a more neutral tone would have worked. 'Apprehend' is just too strong a word to throw around like that."
I wish I had my cannon... Takashi thought while mega-dashing backwards to a safer spot, out of range of most shot weapons. There was always the small chance that something new had been invented that could out-class his boosters, but that was a very slim one.
"Let's hear what you have to say, and I'll think about it. And if you try that stunt with the rifle again, you'll regret it." Takashi yelled to the hunter. Maybe my mega-dash surprised him... and maybe Sigma would stop his evil ways. Takashi thought to himself with a smirk.

Ah hah! An ex-hunter. That would explain why Signas is wary of him, and yet wants to speak with him personally. It would also explain his default hostility towards me. Still though, I need to be cautious. Just because he was once a hunter doesn't mean he can't be maverick.
Delta opened his mouth to reply, but was interrupted by Takashi's sudden mega-dash out of range.
What the? Where'd he get that kind of boosting capability? I was built for agility, and even I can't match that sort of speed! I suppose it probably comes with a long recharge time, but still...
Recovering from his initial surprise, he lowered his triple shot (though still maintaining the charge) and replied,
"Look, I'm not here to kill you. Signas wants to talk with you personally, but first you must surrender your weapon. We've already been attacked several times, so we're at maximum security right now. So give me your weapon, and it will be returned once Signas is done with you."
Hopefully this doesn't get violent again. If he can repeat that kind of boosting capability, I could be in some serious trouble.

R noticed a fight going on between two Hunters, and when things seemed quiet, he approached them.
"Alright, you had your fun. The both of you explain your business, your reason for battling at a time like this, or else I'll be forced to arrest you... Hunter or not." R said.

Helios, seeking to vent the energy he had absorbed from the flames along the fuel line, walked outside of the base. He noticed another figure standing outside, but paid little attention to him. Just as he was contemplating the best method for venting the stored energy, a boom that caused his audio receptors to register the sound as static swept across the area. Helios looked up; his visor auto-tinted to pitch black at the light that filled the sky...!
He barely had any time to react! The golden-cloaked swordsman thrust his arms in front of him! A dome of yellow-hued energy formed around Helios! He gritted his teeth as the full force of the EMP blast slammed into his barrier! The field of raw energy was fueled by the flames Helios had absorbed, and its power was increased! The barrier just barely absorbed the shock of the concussive force. Helios winced as he felt the mental strain from the shock wave. However, Helios was unprepared for the electromagnetic waves which managed to break through his shield! The golden warrior collapsed to his hands and knees. The barrier vanished, and Helios's vision turned to static for a few seconds.
But as soon as the blast hit, the electromagnetic waves subsided. Helios pushed himself back up and shook his head. He tapped the side of his visor; his HUD showed the amount of energy he had lost. Apparently, the combined exertion to protect against such a fierce explosion and the effects of the electromagnetic pulse itself caused him to release all the energy he had absorbed from the fuel line.
"What... What the bloody hell was that...?!" was all Helios could mutter.

"Hello...? Are you OK? I suppose I am going to have to 'come quietly,' as my whip is busted and my dash is out of juice for at least a few hours." Takashi said this to his former foe, and then looked over to the golden reploid. "It seems you are able to speak and stand... maybe you can tell me what's been going on here."
As a gesture of trustworthiness, Takashi laid his beam whip on the ground beside the young hunter from before, then spoke to the final reploid: "Well it looks like an arrest is the least of my worries. I'll explain everything once this settles down."
